Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of software that makes a tangible difference in the lives of millions of patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to design and implement innovative new features and applications.
• Maintain system stability by identifying and resolving bugs within existing applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive tests within the CI pipeline to ensure high code quality.
• Perform manual feature testing on staging environments to guarantee seamless deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails in full-time or contract roles.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside a deep understanding of SQL.
• Ability to work as a full-stack developer, delivering complete functionality with minimal supervision.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and a commitment to rigorous code-level testing.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and availability during core hours of 10:00 to 16:00 GMT/IST.
