As we continue expanding our digital assets and financial platform ecosystem, we are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Relationship Manager – Digital Assets & Financial Platforms to join our team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales development, or B2B commercial roles within banking, payments, fintech, or software/services environments.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Crypto / digital assets industry knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand financial models and business plans.
  • Proven experience leading negotiations and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong cross-functional project management capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships within the digital assets and financial trading ecosystem, including: cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain and infrastructure providers, fintechs and financial institutions, trading platforms and ecosystem partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities supporting the growth of ZEN’s digital assets and financial platform solutions.
  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy aligned with company objectives and product roadmap.
  • Full Partnership Lifecycle Ownership: Source and initiate high-value partnerships.
  • Lead commercial discussions and contractual negotiations.
  • Coordinate partner onboarding across internal teams.
  • Manage and expand long-term relationships to maximize revenue and strategic value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations to ensure regulatory and financial alignment, support accurate pricing structures, revenue models, and financial forecasting, enable smooth technical and operational integrations and optimize commercial frameworks and business structures.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in digital assets and crypto markets, blockchain technologies and embedded finance and financial platforms.
  • Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations in cooperation with Finance.
  • Represent ZEN at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
