Senior Recruiter (Contract, Remote in the EU)

Mirantis is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. As a key member of our distributed team, you will play a vital role in scaling our organization by identifying and attracting top talent to help shape our cloud-native platform and open-source products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles within the EU region.
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, shape strategy, and deliver high-quality results.
• Act as a strategic recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions and hiring best practices.
• Maintain structured, professional candidate pipelines using our ATS, SmartRecruiters.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, specifically within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments.
• Proven ability to recruit engineering talent across Kubernetes, DevOps, and AI infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for diverse roles, including Product Managers and Pre-Sales Architects.
• Strong expertise in outbound sourcing strategies and talent market research.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.
