Senior React Native Software Engineer

inKind is a fintech platform transforming restaurant financing and customer engagement. We are seeking a Senior React Native Software Engineer to join our fully remote team and take ownership of our large-scale, consumer-facing mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance React Native applications using TypeScript.
• Improve application architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Manage React Native version upgrades, dependency updates, and framework migrations.
• Build, maintain, and debug native iOS and Android modules using Swift and Kotlin.
• Own automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure release stability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade React Native applications.
• Expert knowledge of React Native architecture, performance optimization, and state management.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Kotlin for native module development and debugging.
• Experience working in mature engineering organizations with structured release management.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automated test suites using tools like Jest or Detox.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for native dependency issues and bridge failures.
