Senior React Native Mobile Engineer

5Blue Software is seeking a Senior React Native Mobile Engineer to take ownership of the mobile development for an innovative IoT platform. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between physical devices and mobile interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the cross-platform mobile application using React Native.
• Implement core user flows including authentication, asset registration, and alert management.
• Integrate Firebase services, including authentication and push notifications.
• Develop camera-based features such as QR scanning for device registration.
• Manage the build and release pipeline using Expo/EAS to ensure consistent deployment.

Requirements

• Extensive production experience shipping high-quality iOS and Android applications.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with Firebase Auth and push notification integrations.
• Familiarity with QR scanning and camera-related mobile integrations.
• Comfortable utilizing modern AI coding tools like Cursor or Copilot as part of your daily development workflow.
• Experience with BLE integrations and IoT hardware interaction is highly valued.
