Senior React Native Developer

About the project

The project is being carried out for one of the country’s leading energy providers, part of an international energy group and one of the largest companies of its kind in Europe. In Poland, the company serves over one million customers, supplying them with electricity and gas.

The aim of the project is the digital transformation of customer service. It involves the design and implementation of a new, comprehensive mobile application for the company’s clients. The goal is to create a modern tool that will make it easier for users to manage their accounts, make payments, monitor energy consumption, and communicate with the company.

Tasks

• developing mobile applications according to provided requirements
• participating in defining requirements and estimations
• designing mobile cross-platform apps architecture
• participating in code reviews
• mentoring less experienced developers
• cooperating with project managers, developers, testers, and customers to increase application quality
• supporting sales team with tech advisory

Must have

• min. 4 years of experience working with React Native mobile apps (2 years, if proceeded with web experience)
• expert knowledge of JS and TS
• expert knowledge of React and React Native
• proficiency in flexbox model and styling
• familiarity with XCode and Android Studio
• good understanding of iOS & Android apps build process
• ability to design architecture of mobile apps
• advanced debugging skills
• understanding of REST API and GraphQl
• familiarity with Agile software development
• very good command of written and spoken Polish (min. C1 level)

Nice to have

• understanding of RN rendering and drawing performance
• experience in working with React Native for desktop and web
• experience in working with mono repositories & Yarn Workspaces
• experience in iOS or Android native development
• experience and skills in IT security
• experience in AI-powered code completion and assistance tools such as GitHub Copilot and Tabnine
• proficiency in modern AI-enhanced IDEs, including JetBrains IDEs, Cursor and Trae
• familiarity with AI-assisted test generation and debugging tools, such as Qodo
