Senior Quality Manager - International Systems Integration

Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security, dedicated to building and connecting technologies that help protect people, property, and places. We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join our international systems integration team and drive excellence across our deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive quality strategy for international systems integration projects to ensure all objectives are met.
• Manage internal audit programs to ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001 standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues impacting project deployments.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence by utilizing data analysis and quality tools to eliminate waste and improve deployment capabilities.
• Partner with project stakeholders and business leadership to align quality metrics with broader business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management or systems integration.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and data science with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation.
• Proven ability to define strategic roadmaps, drive organizational change, and present technical strategies to leadership.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or CMMI standards, with telecommunications industry experience considered a significant advantage.
• Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black/Green Belt or ASQ Certified Manager of Quality are highly preferred.
