Senior Quality Engineer - Tellent Intelligence (AI)

As a Senior Quality Engineer for the Tellent Intelligence team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our AI-powered experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that our LLM-based applications and AI agents are reliable, safe, and deliver exceptional value to our customers by driving advanced testing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers to embed quality early in the development lifecycle.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans for frontend, backend, and AI-driven functionality.
• Develop innovative approaches for testing non-deterministic systems, including creating evaluation datasets and defining quality benchmarks.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to AI hallucinations, bias, and prompt-related issues.
• Expand and maintain our end-to-end test automation framework using Playwright.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in quality engineering for complex web applications.
• Proven experience building and maintaining end-to-end test suites with Playwright.
• Strong background in API and backend service testing.
• Familiarity with AI testing challenges, such as prompt engineering, model bias, and AI safety principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and product-focused thinking.
