Senior QA Manager - Fully Remote

SOFTGAMES is looking for a hands-on Senior QA Manager to join our talented team. You will play a key role in ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards, from early concept to global launch, while driving release quality and pushing test automation forward for our mobile puzzle games.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, and regression testing.
• Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, and IAPs.
• Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, and prevent regressions.
• Maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile or instant games as a primary QA domain.
• Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, and attribution SDKs.
• Proven experience building or owning a mobile QA automation framework.
• Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry, analytics validation, and event tracking.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools to improve QA efficiency.
