Senior QA Engineer (TS)

BCD Travel is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and ensure the quality and reliability of our complex web and mobile travel applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to define robust test strategies and uphold exceptional software standards for our global B2B booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for complex web travel applications to verify functionality and usability.
• Conduct diverse testing types including functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, accessibility, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects while maintaining detailed test documentation such as test plans and bug reports.
• Collaborate with product managers and team leads to plan new features and define project objectives.
• Perform ad-hoc testing for high-risk scenarios and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in web application testing with a strong focus on UI and user-facing functionality.
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, and Curl, as well as browser dev tools and log analysis.
• Solid understanding of modern software engineering processes, including version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD.
• Experience running automation tests using frameworks like Pytest and Playwright.
• Excellent English communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated approach to multitasking and problem-solving.
