Senior QA Engineer (TradeZella product)

Railsware is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join the TradeZella team, a platform dedicated to trading journaling and education. We are looking for a professional who understands the trading domain through personal or professional experience and is passionate about ensuring high-quality product performance in real-world conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects and edge cases.
• Own the investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support to drive root cause resolution.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve overall system reliability.
• Improve QA practices and elevate debugging standards, including the adoption of AI tools.
• Support releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong experience with manual testing, end-to-end validation, and UX testing.
• Hands-on day trading experience in stocks, forex, futures, or crypto.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis and API understanding.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both engineering and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
