Senior QA Engineer

Tenarai is seeking a talented and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join a project focused on an advanced airline retailing and merchandising platform. You will contribute to a high-performance, mission-critical product that enables airlines to deliver personalized offers and dynamic pricing through a modern, omni-channel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Design and implement automated regression test suites while utilizing AI-assisted tools to accelerate test design and improve coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating closely with the scrum team to ensure timely resolution.
• Engage early in solution design discussions to influence testability and ensure high product quality across all environments.
• Communicate quality metrics and risk assessments to stakeholders to support release readiness.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in software testing or quality engineering with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java programming and hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter, or SoapUI.
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools for test case generation, defect analysis, and exploratory testing.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization testing, including API and integration flows.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
