Senior QA Engineer / Test Manager (m/f/d)

Limango is a leading European e-commerce platform for families, operating as part of the OTTO Group. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / Test Manager to join our international IT team and help improve customer service and order management systems for our markets in Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hands-on testing, including API event triggering, file uploads, and end-to-end scenario validation.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with external partners and coordinate testing efforts across teams.
• Analyze business requirements and processes to identify gaps and translate them into detailed test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, reporting on progress, risks, and feature readiness.
• Manage the defect lifecycle end-to-end and utilize AI tools to optimize test design and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software testing with a strong focus on test management.
• Solid understanding of system, integration, and UAT processes within complex business environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to constructively challenge requirements and business processes.
• Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with international partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems resourcefully, and manage tasks effectively.
