Senior QA Automation Engineer

Productiv Team is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team and shape the quality backbone of our enterprise platforms. You will work closely with product owners and engineering teams to build robust automation strategies and ensure our software delivery is reliable, fast, and fully aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing environments.
• Build and maintain comprehensive regression and functional test suites, integrating quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable test scenarios and clear acceptance criteria.
• Validate end-to-end workflows, including critical order, payment, and financial transactional processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to support user acceptance testing and drive alignment across technical and product teams.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation within enterprise-level platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in API testing and UI automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Solid understanding of test design patterns and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and validate complex integrations and transactional workflows.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset for managing stakeholder expectations.
