Senior QA Automation Engineer

STX Next is a global IT consulting company specializing in customer-focused software services. We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team of 500 professionals dedicated to building outstanding products through innovation and high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verifying software operation by conducting functionality tests and executing test scenarios.
• Designing new test scenarios aligned with business needs and system functionalities.
• Analyzing test results and metrics to ensure product excellence.
• Reporting and tracking bugs, retesting functionalities, and managing the full bug lifecycle.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of testing best practices, software quality, and the product lifecycle.
• Commercial experience with Playwright or Cypress for UI and API automation.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and experience with GIT version control.
• Practical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, HTTP, and REST API.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
