Senior QA Automation and Quality Assurance Lead

ITDS is seeking a Senior QA Automation and Quality Assurance Lead to join a pioneering team dedicated to transforming software development. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end QA function across multiple cross-functional teams, driving a culture of quality and innovation to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the QA strategy across development teams, embedding quality early in the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor QA and Automation Engineers, fostering a high-performance, quality-driven culture.
• Establish and maintain shared standards, testing frameworks, and infrastructure to support automated and manual testing practices.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites, ensuring high test coverage for core user flows.
• Monitor quality KPIs, defect trends, and testing metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in establishing and leading QA strategies across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in KPI and testing metrics analysis.
