Senior Python Software Engineer

Job description

Location: 100% remote work

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and modern frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient software solutions
• Integrate databases and cloud services to support application functionality and performance
• Explore and contribute to AI-related features and technologies as part of innovative projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, preferably FastAPI; experience with Django or Flask is also welcome
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and ability to build performant async applications
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL); familiarity with NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB or ElasticSearch is a plus
• Basic knowledge of frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue is a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS
• Interest or experience in AI technologies, including LLMs, GenAI, RAG, MCP, A2A; knowledge of libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen, or Semantic Kernel is a plus
