Senior Python Engineer with Azure

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to take ownership of backend services, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who enjoys combining software engineering with cloud architecture and DevOps practices to build scalable, distributed systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and Django REST Framework.
• Manage application data models and database design with a focus on PostgreSQL.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform components within Microsoft Azure.
• Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and develop serverless components like Azure Functions.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in Python development, typically 7+ years.
• Proven expertise in Django REST Framework and PostgreSQL database design.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and platform operations.
• Practical knowledge of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Bicep).
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, scalable system design, and API best practices.
