Senior Python Engineer with AI Exposure

DataArt Poland is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a transformative project for a UK financial services group. You will play a pivotal role in rebuilding data and analytics capabilities, focusing on the development of advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions within a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models, including LLMs, transformers, and RAG pipelines.
• Develop scalable AI services and microservices using Python, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference while collaborating on data governance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for MLOps workflows and ensure model performance through monitoring and retraining strategies.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions by working closely with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP and serverless computing.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and machine learning lifecycle management.
