Senior Python Engineer (AI Platform Services)(#5874)

N-iX is looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join the AI Platform Services team. You will play a key role in building robust backend services, APIs, and data-access systems that power complex AI and ML projects, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and highly performant for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve reliable backend services, GraphQL and REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Design maintainable API contracts and efficient data-access patterns for complex application workflows.
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven processing to enhance system resilience and product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, product, and data engineers, to deliver high-quality product capabilities.
• Ensure operational readiness through rigorous testing, observability, and proactive production support.

Requirements

• Extensive experience contributing to production-grade backend systems and service-based architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript for server-side development.
• Proven ability to design and integrate both GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL systems such as DynamoDB.
• Experience operating serverless functions and familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Git-based collaboration.
