Senior Project Manger

PTT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee daily project execution and ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project health, and aligning strategic objectives within a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily project execution, including scope, task coordination, and change requests to ensure smooth tactical delivery.
• Provide clear project status updates by tracking delivery health, maintaining Jira dashboards, and analyzing performance metrics like burndown charts.
• Partner with technical leads on resource planning, workload balancing, and optimizing team utilization across multiple projects.
• Track project budgets, manage constraints, and contribute to accurate planning and forecasting.
• Identify, track, and manage risks and dependencies, driving mitigation actions while keeping stakeholders informed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management with a strong background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven expertise in resource planning, cross-functional team management, and presenting analytical data and KPIs.
• High proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work an adjusted schedule to accommodate U.S. business hours, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones.
