Senior Project Manager with French

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with French to join our team and lead strategic transformation initiatives for international clients. This role focuses on managing complex business and technology programs within multicultural environments, ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder management and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital transformation and business change initiatives for international clients.
• Manage large-scale projects and programs across diverse, multicultural teams.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support the adoption of best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and client organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering large-scale projects in international environments.
• Proven background in Project Management, Change Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Native or fully bilingual French proficiency (C2 level) and English proficiency (C1 level).
• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
