For our client, a global FMCG company, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international SAP Central Finance deployment programme.

The person in this role will coordinate global ERP remediation activities required to support the CFIN deployment and ensure alignment between business, technical and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the documentation, assessment and triage of globally identified ERP remediation items required to support the SAP Central Finance deployment.

• Ensure alignment between key business, technical and regional stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to define remediation approaches and drive global design decisions.

• Support the translation of globally agreed remediation designs into clear regional implementation requirements.

• Coordinate the handover of agreed solutions to regional deployment teams and support implementation planning.

• Manage the integrated ERP remediation roadmap, including dependencies, timelines, risks, decisions and overall readiness.

• Ensure alignment between the ERP remediation plan and the overall SAP Central Finance deployment schedule.

• Coordinate communication, governance and issue resolution across project workstreams and business stakeholders.

• Drive timely decision-making and consistent execution of agreed actions.

• Monitor progress, identify potential blockers and proactively escalate risks and issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing complex, international IT projects or programmes.

• Previous experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP FI/CO, finance transformation or large-scale ERP deployment programmes.

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple functions, regions and stakeholder groups.

• Strong project governance, roadmap management, risk management and dependency management skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• A proactive, independent and assertive approach to project delivery.

• Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive decisions in a complex global environment.

• Very good command of English, including the ability to lead meetings and communicate with senior international stakeholders.
