Senior Project Manager

YourITeams is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and maintaining high standards of governance reporting within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and formal change requests to maintain financial control.
• Support Agile delivery by monitoring sprint progress, facilitating backlog reviews, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare governance materials, status reports, and executive-level summaries for programme oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management, including business analysis, change management, or IT consulting.
• Demonstrable senior project management experience, including planning, risk management, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
