Senior Project Manager

PTT Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating efforts across Product, Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure roadmap priorities are met with predictable execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initiatives from planning to production, including epics, milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Align roadmap priorities with team capacity and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Drive backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure work is prioritized and ready for execution.
• Coordinate complex dependencies across teams, products, versions, and technical integrations.
• Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience in release planning, version management, and software deployment coordination.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and bridge the gap between business and engineering teams.
• Experience in backlog governance, capacity planning, WBS management, and budget tracking.
• Familiarity with software testing processes, release readiness, and technical risk management.
