Senior Project Manager

Inspeerity, part of the DevelopX group, is an engineering consultancy specializing in systems architecture and full-stack development. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Managing fixed-price projects with a focus on quality, timeliness, and profitability.
• Working closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and develop existing partnerships.
• Leading project teams and handling line management responsibilities within a complex structure.
• Preparing project estimations, proposals, and supporting the sales process.
• Building, developing, and optimizing PMO processes to improve delivery standards.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing fixed-price projects and project scoping.
• Strong soft skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Experience in managing both project teams and line management responsibilities.
• A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of project management best practices.
