Senior Project Manager

XTB is a global investment company providing innovative technological solutions that empower over one million users worldwide to manage their finances effectively. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Product & Technology department and drive impactful initiatives within our growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects that span multiple IT teams, non-IT departments, and external vendors.
• Manage diverse initiatives, proactively adapting project plans to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, collaborating daily with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads.
• Create, visualize, and maintain project roadmaps while taking full ownership of goal decomposition and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks methodically while removing obstacles to ensure team productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years specifically in a Project Manager role.
• Strong technical background and solid domain knowledge of financial products or fintech.
• Project management certification such as Prince2 or PMP.
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools, JIRA, and data management software like Excel.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills with C1 level English proficiency.
