Senior Project Manager

Darize is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our global Project & Change Management Team. You will play a pivotal role in a strategic digital acceleration initiative, focusing on the global adoption of a Learning Management Solution (LMS) across multiple regions and affiliates.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day project management, translating objectives into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including schedules, resources, and workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across the Project Core Team, ensuring dependencies and handovers are actively managed.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation actions have clear owners.
• Prepare concise project status reports and maintain governance documentation to support effective decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in global strategic project or program management.
• Strong project planning and execution skills with experience in structured governance or phase-gate methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably Monday.com.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear actions.
