Currently, we are expanding our Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. So far, we have created a team of 40 SMs/PMs and we envision recruiting many more. 

As a Senior Project Manager in the Global organisation, you will be accountable for successfully leading complex, high-impact transformation programs, and driving the successful adoption of initiatives.

Your role is:

• Leading cross-functional transformation: managing the end-to-end execution of global GCS transformation project with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM); driving daily project activities and communication across global teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and with high business adoption.

• Governance & Performance Metrics: establishing robust project governance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring adoption metrics to measure, validate, and report the long-term business value of transformation initiatives. 

• Orchestrating cross-functional dependencies and priorities: aligning strategic priorities across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, while proactively mitigating risks to ensure clear ownership and successful implementation. 
  

• Fostering matrix leadership: building, guiding, and inspiring cross-functional, multi-departmental teams within a complex matrix organization to drive alignment and project success.
  

• Strategic Stakeholder Management: driving robust communication and stakeholder engagement strategies across global initiatives to ensure successful change adoption; utilizing comprehensive roadmaps to actively balance and mitigate change impact across the organization. 

• Challenging the status quo: proactively proposing and piloting process improvements, innovation, and technology-driven solutions that enhance project delivery and change management effectiveness. 

• Driving Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: acting as a supportive role model to drive people empowerment and embed agile methodologies across global teams; utilizing active mentorship to lift performance, remove barriers, and ensure the seamless adoption of optimized organizational processes.

Your skills and experiences:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in senior project and change management, with a proven track record of leading complex, strategic transformation initiatives within fast-changing, international environments.

• Robust experience navigating and influencing within complex, global matrix organization structures, with the ability to mobilize cross-functional and multi-departmental teams.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum methodologies) and Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) are highly advantageous.

• Extensive experience leveraging diverse project management frameworks and change management methodologies across large-scale transformation initiatives, including a change advisory role for the people side of change to drive organizational adoption.

• Knowledge of medical devices and biotechnological development processes is an advantage.
  

• Proven track record of interacting with diverse stakeholder groups in challenging scenarios, demonstrating excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, alongside the ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits.

• Highly structured, goal-oriented, and team-focused, with strong business acumen and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
  

• Fluency in English (at least C1).

• A big-picture thinker who navigates complex system interdependencies and skillfully orchestrates alignment, impact, and synergy across various global initiatives.
