Senior Project Manager

Qodeca is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital product development for international clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution while managing complex delivery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial discovery and estimation to final delivery and product growth.
• Act as a primary consultant and trusted advisor to international stakeholders, managing expectations and building long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, Business Analysts, and UX/UI designers.
• Maintain commercial and delivery control by managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and project profitability.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and help shape the company's project management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or software development project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience in project management tools.
• Fluent English and Polish (minimum C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
• Technical awareness sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on web and mobile projects.
