Senior Project Manager

Castor is modernizing the backbone of clinical research by building an operating system for the next era of trials. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, multi-country studies, serving as a subject matter expert and strategic consultant to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of clinical software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-component clinical studies with high autonomy and minimal oversight.
• Translate high-level project scopes into robust, operationally sound project plans and deliverables.
• Act as a pivotal bridge and consultant to customers, managing technical and operational dependencies.
• Proactively navigate risks and articulate challenges to guide stakeholders toward optimal solutions.
• Ensure internal project cohesion while maintaining focus on study-specific operational requirements.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing complex projects within the Software Development Lifecycle for clinical software.
• Strong understanding of EDC, CDMS, eConsent, and eCOA solutions and operational strategies.
• Deep knowledge of clinical study operations, regulatory landscapes, and industry trends.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment using asynchronous communication.
