Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects and cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain delivery roadmaps based on client priorities and business goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Forecast, track, and manage project budgets, burn rates, and revenue recognition.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor project managers and foster a productive, collaborative team environment.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering technology implementation projects ranging from $500k to $1MM.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements with diverse delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
