Senior Project Manager (Planview to Clarity Transformation)

P&P Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation program. You will be responsible for managing the migration from Planview to Broadcom Clarity, while simultaneously driving PMO, portfolio management, and organizational process redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Planview to Clarity transformation program.
• Own the integrated project plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams across the program.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and change control.
• Facilitate future-state process design workshops covering portfolio management and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise projects or programs.
• Hands-on experience with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity.
• Proven experience delivering PMO, Portfolio Management, or Work Intake transformations.
• Strong track record of managing multi-workstream enterprise programs.
• Experience leading organizational and process transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including steering committees.
