Senior Project Manager (New Ventures & Growth)

BnBerry is seeking a strategic and high-caliber Senior Project Manager to drive execution across critical growth and product transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between visionary leadership ideas and high-stakes market execution, owning the delivery framework for complex, cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high-level strategic growth directions into structured, adaptable project frameworks with clear business outcomes.
• Coordinate and accelerate cross-functional cycles for searching, testing, and validating new services and market hypotheses.
• Drive the execution roadmap for product changes, ensuring alignment between research, development, and client feedback.
• Build and maintain flexible, milestone-driven roadmaps while managing dependencies and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Establish project visibility through dashboards and steering cadences to ensure seamless information flow across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager within fast-growing tech startups or digital ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI agents, and rapid AI experimentation cycles.
• Deep familiarity with travel or hospitality tech, including booking engines, distribution infrastructure, or guest experience platforms.
• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment without formal line authority.
• Advanced expertise in project management ecosystems such as Notion, Jira, or Asana.
