Senior Project Manager (Global IT & Business Transformation)

Expected, Agile, Jira, Confluence About the project, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global pharmaceutical organization and lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering collaboration across business and technology teams., , You will work with senior stakeholders, manage multiple dependencies, mitigate risks, and promote Agile delivery practices to ensure successful project outcomes in a dynamic, international environment. This is how we work, at the client's site Your responsibilities, Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and strategic initiatives., Define, manage, and control project scope, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives., Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance processes., Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies., Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery., Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership., Facilitate decision-making, workshops, and project governance meetings., Drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile delivery best practices and delivery frameworks., Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and provide recommendations to ensure successful outcomes., Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to process optimization. 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management., Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in an Agile environment., Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)., Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders., Experience managing project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies., Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills., Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence., Fluent English, both written and spoken. Optional, Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or healthcare industry., Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe., Experience working in global, matrix organizations.
