Senior Project Manager/ Delivery coordinator (German speaking)

N-iX is a global software development company that helps businesses create next-generation software products. We are currently seeking a senior, delivery-focused Project Manager and Delivery Coordinator to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced environments, specifically focusing on the rollout of an insurance-related product across Germany and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery from mobilization through implementation and final handover.
• Build and maintain comprehensive delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, managing communications and meetings effectively.
• Manage project scope, risks, and interdependencies while escalating issues early and constructively.
• Drive accountability across teams and suppliers to ensure all commitments are met on time.
• Track progress and provide clear, evidence-based status reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
• Proven experience delivering complex software and integration projects within large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, software development lifecycles, and technical integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including developers, architects, and product owners.
• High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Pragmatic, organized, and assertive leadership style with strong conflict-resolution skills.
