Senior Project Manager - Engineering & Product

Webdoctor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering and product delivery in a fully remote environment. You will be responsible for managing complex, multi-stream projects, ensuring that strategic roadmaps are translated into executable plans that meet our high standards for quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent product, integration, and customer implementation projects.
• Translate strategic roadmaps into clear milestones, managing dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide clear reporting to leadership regarding delivery status, KPIs, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure all project delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme or project management within software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream delivery.
• Technical literacy with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Experience in regulated environments or healthcare is highly desirable.
