Dev.Pro is a global team of IT professionals helping tech companies scale their business through software engineering expertise. We are looking for a Senior PMO Manager to own and drive complex, company-level PMO and transformation initiatives that strengthen how projects, programs, delivery, and cross-functional operations are managed across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex PMO initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurement.
• Develop and evolve company-wide project, program, delivery, governance, and cross-functional management practices.
• Diagnose systemic delivery and management problems using data, stakeholder input, and structured analysis.
• Design and improve governance, decision-making mechanisms, processes, and metrics where they add business value.
• Drive organizational change, ensuring that new practices are understood, adopted, and continuously improved.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across IT Project, Program, Delivery, or PMO Management.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, transformations, or organizational change.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
