Senior Project Development Manager - Poland

Enlight is seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to lead the development of wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects across Central Eastern Europe, with a primary focus on the Polish market. This leadership role involves managing a dedicated team of project managers to drive greenfield and mature energy initiatives through to the Ready-To-Build stage.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a team of project development managers focused on wind, solar, and battery energy storage projects in Poland.
• Leading all development verticals, including securing land rights, permitting, and grid interconnection processes.
• Coordinating local interfaces, including engineering firms, legal advisors, regulatory institutions, and transmission operators.
• Managing internal company interfaces across engineering, financing, and procurement departments.
• Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and reporting on regulatory updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with an MBA or M.Sc. considered an advantage.
• At least 12 years of professional experience within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of success in the Polish market, with additional experience in Germany or Romania being a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate complex work assignments to meet project timelines.
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for technical and professional communication.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
