Senior Project / Engineering Manager

N-iX is a global software development company helping businesses create next-generation products. We are looking for a Senior Project / Engineering Manager to lead delivery across three cross-functional development teams within a major client transformation program.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery across three cross-functional teams, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met.
• Manage delivery milestones end-to-end, including planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain momentum and drive delivery decisions.
• Coordinate dependencies and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to translate vision into an executable roadmap.
• Provide transparent status reporting to client stakeholders in the EU and UK.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software delivery, with experience as a Senior Project Manager or Engineering Manager.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-team engagements.
• Hands-on leadership style, comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Practical command of Agile delivery methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid technical grounding to engage with Architects on cloud platforms and microservices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage senior client relationships.
