Senior Programmer / Analyst

The Sierra Club is seeking a Senior Programmer/Analyst to join our IT and Application Engineering team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing our CRM systems, ensuring they align with our mission to fight for a healthy climate and social justice through robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and implement new digital tools and system integrations to support organizational goals.
• Monitor and enhance existing CRM processes to maintain high-quality software performance and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and business intelligence products for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team leadership to define and implement architectural standards for our CRM ecosystem.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to teammates and stakeholders regarding CRM functionality.

Requirements

• Comprehensive expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong background in modern programming languages, web integration architecture, and structured QA practices.
• Proven track record of managing information systems and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
