Senior Program Manager

Xebia is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex software programs for our international clients. In this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for program outcomes, ensuring that multi-stream delivery aligns with business goals, budgets, and timelines while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Leading large, complex software programs from initiation through full delivery with end-to-end accountability.
• Defining and owning program governance, including decision-making structures and reporting frameworks.
• Overseeing multi-stream delivery to ensure milestones are achieved within scope and budget.
• Managing dependencies across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentoring Delivery Managers and building effective, high-performing program teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale IT or software programs with full budget and delivery accountability.
• Strong background in managing distributed, multinational teams and collaborating with external vendors.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills for complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and modern engineering practices.
• Fluency in English and the ability to work from the European Union region.
