Senior Program Manager

YOUR ITEAMS sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise-wide PMO transformation. In this role, you will oversee the transition from Planview to Broadcom Clarity and manage the implementation of Broadcom ValueOps, ensuring successful adoption of the future-state portfolio management model across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Planview replacement program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and dependencies with rigorous governance.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and associated portfolio management capabilities.
• Lead executive governance reviews, steering committees, and prepare high-level status reporting.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning for the new portfolio management approach.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise-level programs and software implementations.
• Proven expertise with Planview and Broadcom Clarity is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformations.
• Strong track record in organizational and process transformation, including change management.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
