Senior Program Manager

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program within a global IT security function. This strategic role focuses on driving agile transformation and managing complex, multi-year initiatives within a large-scale organizational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the IGA program while maintaining a comprehensive multi-year roadmap.
• Drive agile transformation by implementing JIRA-based sprint management, burn-down charts, and real-time reporting.
• Establish robust program governance structures and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams including HR, IT infrastructure, and Global IT Security.
• Mentor supporting project managers and proactively mitigate program risks and challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager within large, global organizations.
• Strong background in agile methodologies with hands-on expertise in JIRA and agile metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience establishing program governance frameworks and high-quality reporting mechanisms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, strategic problem-solving mindset.
