Senior Product UX/UI Designer with Fluent Japanese

DCV Technologies is seeking a Senior Product UX/UI Designer with fluent Japanese skills to join our team and contribute to the development of digital products for an established international consumer brand. You will play a key role in designing intuitive and visually engaging experiences for B2C and B2B SaaS products and mobile applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI design activities from initial product discovery through to high-fidelity delivery.
• Conduct user research to identify needs and translate findings into effective design solutions.
• Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Maintain and utilize existing Figma design systems, components, and design tokens.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Fluent Japanese language skills and strong professional English proficiency.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems.
• Practical experience in product discovery, user research, and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for SaaS or mobile apps.
