Senior Product Owner

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our fast-scaling team and lead a core product line from initial concept to successful execution, directly influencing the future of global employment.

Key responsibilities

• Own a core product area end to end, managing the full lifecycle from strategy and discovery to launch and iteration.
• Translate complex problems into clear opportunities and actionable product plans.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Utilize data, customer insights, and market signals to drive product decisions and shape the roadmap.
• Work alongside leadership to drive high-level priorities and ensure the product delivers measurable impact.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years specifically in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
• Proven ability to lead products from 0 to 1 while owning business outcomes and engineering quality.
• Strong UX intuition and a passion for creating clean, simple, and effective user experiences.
• Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks with clarity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for proactive cross-cultural collaboration.
