Senior Product Owner – D365 Finance & Operations (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to join a large-scale ERP transformation program focused on upgrading legacy business platforms to modern cloud-based solutions. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between business and technology teams, translating complex operational requirements into effective system capabilities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements related to system enhancement and transformation initiatives.
• Create functional and technical specifications that support scalable, standardized platform capabilities.
• Recommend native platform functionalities and low-code solutions as preferred alternatives to custom development.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives.
• Define and coordinate user acceptance testing activities while supporting system environment management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ecosystem or AX 2012 in a Product Owner role.
• Strong expertise in either finance processes or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with application lifecycle management, backlog management tools, and deployment environments.
• Understanding of ERP data structures, integrations, and data management concepts.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
