Senior Product Operations Manager

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role in building scalable, efficient, and high-impact product operations by evolving ways of working, strengthening customer feedback practices, and supporting release execution.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and refine product development processes to ensure high-impact delivery across the organization.
• Strengthen customer feedback loops to ensure product decisions are data-driven and user-centric.
• Optimize the product operations technology stack to improve team efficiency and collaboration.
• Support product release and launch execution by coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Drive the adoption of new operational frameworks through effective stakeholder engagement and coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Product Operations or equivalent roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect people, processes, and tools effectively.
• Hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve operational outcomes and scale team workflows.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to diagnose problems and drive meaningful change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across all seniority levels.
