Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Security team and help drive the growth of Elastic XDR. In this role, you will own a core area of the XDR roadmap, translating complex security challenges into actionable product requirements while working closely with engineering and research teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end-to-end, including detection, correlation, and incident response capabilities.
• Maintain and expand telemetry integrations across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network data sources.
• Translate customer input and threat research into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Represent the product in conversations with senior security stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the roadmap.
• Ensure product capabilities function effectively across diverse deployment models, including cloud and air-gapped environments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management or a related technical field.
• Strong domain knowledge in XDR, EDR, SIEM, or incident response, either as a product manager or practitioner.
• Technical credibility to judge architectural feasibility and scope with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.
