Senior Product Manager, Remote Build

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for API integrations, mapping complex data flows and compliance requirements across global jurisdictions.
• Prioritize integration projects based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the reliability, adoption, and performance of integration products.
• Codify repeatable patterns and implementation playbooks to accelerate customer onboarding and success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on APIs, platform ecosystems, or complex integrations.
• Strong technical proficiency, including the ability to autonomously build, debug, and prototype using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Deep empathy for customer workflows and a passion for creating effortless, intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate technical value to non-technical partners.
• Business-level proficiency in English and a track record of building trusted relationships with external organizations.
